so its been rather quiet... so i thought ill open a post for suggestions for some military tactics that would work good for organized PVP battles. When i say organized PVP battles i  mean that we organize with the other faction or another guild to have a friendly battle, just something to show off military tactics and organization. *****These will be certain circumstances and will be rare to happen***** Just like you may get in class, the star beside the note, THIS IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW!!! lol.
i Say this because marn nags me about how this wouldn't be fun to do all the time and that it wouldn't work and stuff like that  and i always explain and i don't beleive he is fully listening =P
so anyways, just draw your military tactic idea on paint, give a legend shown and we'll discuss what it would do in a battle to help. =)
**Note : our guild for these battles has 2 military groups, refer to the guild chat thread and check miltary ranks for info on this. try to incorporate this in your idea, ill post a few of my own too. =)

Alright so i circled the groups with their commander's colour to show those squads and what the squads are. so the 1st movements will ovbiously go first ( they got 1 beside line), the 2nd movements with go 10 seconds prior to them and finally the 3rd group will follow 10 seconds after the 2nd movement goes, the 3rd movement will not charge they will go a bit slower in as to keep giving orders after the movements are all done (give orders as they are needed. this group should not engage in fight other than from a distance preferably or sending in pets to assist other groups.

iv always liked the idea of organized PVP with real military tactics for RP or just fun.  We would obviously have to find another guild who would want to fight this way, but there seem to be a number of rebel guilds looking for rp who might be interested. As for our tactics, i think pets should be emphasized for our outdoorsman theme.  I like your first idea dark, but could you post the picture as a direct image instead of a link? i dont know why but its kind of hard for me to read that link on this comp.  I have some ideas but ill have to draw them with paint first before i post =)

drawing by hand is good too, i think i'll do my next one by hand see'ing how i know how to use my scanner now heh. Anyways i'll post direct link for my next one. Also there is a guild that is focused on training military tactics which im sure will be interested in having some skirmishes with us on some flat plains or something. I always wanted to have a organized battle, btw we gotta think of some names for the ones that we actualy plan to use, So we can change our position and stuff quickly in battle. I'm also think we can use this thread to post form-up ideas, so during battle leader calls out the name of something instantly the general, squad ldr or w/e tells their grp and they all form up in proper order, looks good and gets good organization for battle

alright plan 2 (this is battle tactic i got formations too today) heh::::

This one everyone moves at same time. pretty basic, where i drew a "X", that is where they stop, if no X then that group just attacks whoever from whereever, basicly they get to go crazy on enemy, ppl with X stay on spot, melee go in front of ranged and any enemys who get near the melee take them down , while ranged keep firing at their targets.

This is my first formation idea, follows same legend scheme as all my other drawings, please refer to those. NOTES: Squad ldrs have 8 group members, Generals have 6, guild ldrs have 3 for all guild ldrs together, cavarly has 4 ppl.
